Using a variety of techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, acupuncture, and exercise we will create a treatment plan catered to you and your goals!
Dr. Carli Lyons holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She is an active member of the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic Associations. Throughout her education, Dr. Carli has obtained additional certifications inIntegrated Needling Acupuncture, Spinal Stenosis Bootcamp, and is a certified Emergency First Responder.
Dr. Carli uses Diversified Technique and takes a functional approach to her assessments prioritizing identifying the cause of a problem. Her treatments consist of a combination of strategies including soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, taping, joint manipulation/mobilization, and rehabilitation exercises. She has experience treating all types of patients including elderly patients, professional and recreational athletes.
Dr. Carli was raised in the Clarington area and is passionate about giving back to the Durham Region through youth sport. She works with the West Durham Ironheads as their trainer, as well as the Clarington Minor Lacrosse Association, Clarington Minor Hockey Association, and Toronto Beaches Minor Lacrosse Association. Apart from sport, Dr. Carli also fosters kittens through Barn Cat Co-Op- in case you need a kitten! She spends her free time doing competitive trampoline, water sports, hiking, and reading.

Dr. Carli will perform a detailed health history and physical assessment of the area of concern to create a personalized treatment plan. The initial appointment will be scheduled for 60 minutes and subsequent treatments are 30 minutes in length. Additional time for subsequent treatment can be discussed if needed.
